It has steps down the Passage Street Slipway. The kitchen is also on this floor and this is superbly equipped with a range of fitted units, gas cooker, washing and drying machine and dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one of which has a bay window with lovely views, and a bathroom/wc with a shower over the bath. The second floor has two further bedrooms, one with river views and double bed; the other a single bed and full sized bunk beds.
