Prices are in Pounds Sterling and include booking fee and utilities.
Discounts: 5% off for returning guests and 10% thereafter; £120 for second week.
Booking deposit 25% of total; balance payable six weeks prior to rental.
Rentals periods are Friday to Friday; other periods by arrangement.
